Our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) capabilities are at the core of what we do. PSTS offers both Conventional NDT methods—such as Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), and Radiographic Testing (RT)—as well as Advanced NDT services, including Phased Array Ultrasonics (PAUT), Eddy Current Testing (ECT), Infrared Thermography (IR), and Remote Visual Inspection (RVI). We also provide Visual Inspection Services led by API-certified inspectors (API 510, 570, and 653) to evaluate pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks.

PSTS supports long-term asset health and regulatory compliance through a range of Engineering Services. This includes Process Safety Management (PSM) consulting, Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) implementation, inspection planning, and materials and corrosion engineering. For fabrication projects, we offer ASME Appendix 47-compliant oversight requiring a Professional Engineer (PE) stamp.

To help clients manage inspection programs efficiently, PSTS offers ProVision™, a proprietary software platform designed for real-time inspection tracking, reporting, and document control. ProVision™ enhances communication between teams, ensures data accuracy, and supports timely decision-making across projects.

PSTS also delivers specialized support for routine and critical maintenance activities. Our Turnaround Inspection Services, Coatings & Corrosion Inspection, and Refractory Inspection (API 936 and 982) ensure operational readiness, help identify potential failure points, and support safe restarts under high-pressure conditions.
